to use Quit Wizard or when you voluntarily provide such information

service on Quit Wizard. After registering to use Quit Wizard,
we will send you a confirmation message and password at the e-mail
address you provided to us. Aggregated city/town and state data
that is not personally identifiable will be used for internal
purposes and may be shared with third parties. Usage information
will not be collected on an individual basis. We will never willfully
disclose your personally identifiable information to any third
party without receiving your permission. We are not responsible
for privacy practices of any third party given personal information
with your permission.
IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
We use users' IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server,
and to administer the Site. Users' IP addresses are also used
to gather broad demographic information. Cookies are small data
files that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard
drive. Cookies will be used on the Site to allow easy login to
the Site, as well as to monitor third party advertising on the
Site. We will not share any information we collect from cookies
with any third parties. Third parties, such as advertisers or
